Absolutely! Both Goalden Girls Community and Mastermind are totally virtual. 

We have past and current members who've loved the program from London, to Guatemala, Jamaica, Napa Valley and beyond. 

All you need is a wifi connection, a laptop or a phone, and a willingness to commit to yourself and your goals.

First, some tough love: you have enough time for what matters to you. If you got sick or your basement flooded, you'd find a way to rest or bail buckets from your carpet, right? 

We want you to apply that same mindset to all our programs: that you have the time and you can create it with the right support, and strategies. 

And don't worry - all our programs have tools and training to help you find more time for the important things that matter to you most. 

Ok, now to your questions: all our programs are designed with the busy woman in mind. 

We recommend at least 1-3 hours a month to get the most out of Goalden Girls Community. If you're completely overwhelmed and are struggling to find any time, this is the program for you. You can go at your own pace, and all the training is available on the go. Plus, each month, we do a Get Sh*t Done Day where you can literally bring your to-do list and goals and learn productivity strategies to make the most of your time. 

If you are SO busy that you don't have time to waste, you also know that you'll get somewhere faster when you have someone helping you and showing you the way. If this is you, Goalden Girls Mastermind might be for you. We recommend 1-2 hours a week for this in-depth, highly personalized and intimate experience.
